Montez Jones, Founder and CEO of Tez Jones Training Solutions (TJTS), is a 26-year United States Air Force veteran whose mission is clear:

With decades of experience leading teams, managing conflict, and mentoring talent in high-stakes environments, Montez knows firsthand that leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about impact. His academic journey, anchored by a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Mount Olive College and dual Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, highlights his commitment to formal education. This foundation is further complemented by a Master’s in Business Administration, attained while he excelled as a career Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer.
